Issues from the sale being marked incorrectly to the installation. Three months and still not complete. The management did not call me to discuss any of my issues in the first month. I told then not to call me back, just finish the installation and I will fund another company to replace the last 6 windows next year. This company does not understand customer support from what I have experienced. I know they would not accept this low level of service if they were treated like this
When we bought our home in April 2016 the picture window was cracked. After we were settled o saw that all the winows were Window World. I called to ask if they could help in any way. Our address was looked up and they had record of installation. We were old that the guaranty could be transfered for $50.00 and they would replace the window. The guarantee and the winows are amazing...the service tech was wonderful and very informative... And the office personal couldn't have been nicer. I love my windows. They did a good job. Completely satisfied. Now looking for a lower heating bill this winter.
We love our new windows and the service was fantastic! Jessie and his team were fast and professional. They answered all of our questions and didn't leave until we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Window World of Youngstown to my friends and family.
Be very careful if you deal with these crooks. I bought windows from them 5 years ago. When the picture window I purchased broke the seal and became cloudy I attempted to file a warranty claim. They went back through my file and found that they forgot to put the window on my bill. After admitting that it was their mistake I was told that it was my responsibility to bring it to their attention when they did the work and will not honor the warranty. So pleased!! My house looks beautiful. No high pressure salesman, he was great! The installer, Eric and his partner did an awesome job!!! Would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about replacement windows!!
