Love our windows and the installation crew Dustin,Andy,and Bill did a awesome job. They were very professional and courteous showed up on time and did a excellent job cleaning up when they were done. We highly recommend Window World of Youngstown. I give them 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

This was the 3rd attempt at putting a window in. 3 times they have measured wrong. 3 different service techs blaming the one before them. This has now been going on 8 months now and still can’t get it right. It’s already paid for. This last tech used profanity and complained that they sent him out it was to far for him he said. Kept saying it’s not his fault. I will never use Window World or recommend them to anyone. Next step I’m notifying the BBB
8 week wait for windows, now two cancellations after I’ve tore the room apart getting ready for installation. Company is a joke, must have one truck and one installer. And the WINDOW WORLD experience continues, after two cancellations and two months waiting for the windows, THEY DON’T FIT! What a wonderful company.
The crew went right to work when they got at our home. They told us everything they were going to do. They did a very good job. and cleaned up after they were done. We are very happy with our new windows. They look great!!!!
We were very satisfied with Gary and his team. The process was completed in a few hours and we were not inconvenienced at all. Gary above and beyond to put our blinds back and adjusted our drapes. We would recommend Window World with an Aplus rating!
The windows and installation better be impeccable because we are not happy customers. So far Window World is not living up to its word by installing windows in a timely manner. The windows were to be installed now & we just learned that they are not installing until mid January. Ordered and paid half on October 2. Stand on your word Window World. This is unacceptable. I have been waiting to complete some projects until windows were installed. You have no respect for me as a customer.
was told 6 weeks. paid cash for the windows and instillation and now it's going to be nearly 3 months after. if you would inform your customers the real timeline I would have never went with your company. totally blindsided. doing a hole house remodel and all I am waiting for is windows to be able to finish and now have to wait another month. I will never recommend window world to anyone due to this issue
