It took a while to decide what I wanted but with Kristi’s help I was able to. I love love love my red windows, black shutters and red shake shingles!! The install crews were top notch!! All were wonderful to work with!! I would recommend to anyone!!
They where wonderful to deal with, they returned my calls immediately and was very friendly and helpful !! I would definitely use them again if I need windows or doors replaced . I love my windows ❤️
I would not recommend. We had to pay an extra $100 for each window for the installer to wear protective gear of some sort because our house was built in the 50's and he would have been exposed to asbestos. He came to install the windows and didn't even know what I was talking about with the protective gear, let alone wear it. I didn't ask for the $ back because I didn't want the installer, who was a really nice guy, to get in trouble. I just won't use Window World again, as I felt that was scammy. Don and his son installed my windows from Window World they did an excellent job. I had a contractor that had done work for me before want to install my windows. He had done very good work also. I explained to him that I was choosing Window World because of their warranty and free financing. He came back to do some work for me and looked the windows over. He said that it was the BEST job that he had ever seen on trimming and installation on an old house. He said that he could not have done a better job and now he understood ... read more

Six years ago Patrick Moran came to our home and demonstrated the best Windows to us. We were sold! Our gas bill decreased and we could barely hear summer storms! This spring walking around our home, we noticed that the brown around the outside of our Windows had turned green! We were heartbroken. I called window world and within a week they sent a rep to our home to take pictures. A few days later they called and replaced all of our windows! How amazing! I would highly recommend Window World to all my family and friends.
Had an installer come to my home today , and he was so helpful and kind and asked if I needed any help with anything else before he left. I had to call window world and tell them how kind and helpful he was. His name is Erik. I would highly recommend the company.
Don and Kurt installed our windows and patio door. Couldn't have asked for better installers. Neat, cleaned up after every window. excellent install. We love our windows. If they show up to install your windows you won't have any worries. Thanks to the guys and Window World of Boardman!!
