I would like to speak to Owner but was told that is basically impossible. So when the supervisors aren’t making sure the work is getting done properly then who do I talk too? 5th time I have to take off work to get window replaced and the order was placed wrong even after I talked to the supervisor about it.
Window world removed my rotten brick molding then did not Re-insulate or put new brick molding up just put a metal cap to block wind and rain! Windows are great product installation on the other hand not so much
Would not recommend these people to my worst enemy! Thanks for taking $5400 from me and not installing my windows correctly. Only found out because we have someone else siding our house and found the mess they left! And they will not make it right. So I have to spend more money to fix it! Thanks for nothing! Reporting to the BBB as well ✌🏻

WW did a great job!! They installed windows throughout the whole house and even cleaned up afterward. It started raining before they got to the patio door so they had to come back the next morning. Quick & efficient!

I just Wanted to say thank you! Several years ago we had Window World replace 14 Double Hung windows and 2 picture windows. We had an issue with one of our picture windows that was leaking badly into our bedroom. You sent someone out to look at it a couple weeks ago . He agreed to replace the capping around the entire window and re-caulk. We’ve now been through rain storms and melting snow and have had absolutely no leakage. We appreciate you honoring the warranty!
