They provided me ahead of time what we needed to have done before their arrival and the install crew was very nice, courteous and respected our house and belongings. we had 19 windows replaced 15 years ago. they were the best windows and the price was less than half of what others quoted. highly recommend. my daughter had 4 or 5 windows replaced a few yrs back. no complaints. good windows. good job on install and a good price
