We purchased a home with some window worlds windows installed. After one glass broke we reached out to window world to have the window replaced. It took 3 weeks to get the order. When contacted about our order we went to pick it up only to find out that we paid for a full window but were picking up just the glass. Window world offered to do the install for us in a whooping 3 weeks lead time!!!! Who can wait 6 weeks for a window replacement? Purchased windows from Window World after a squirrel break in who ate all the wood off my windows in the rear of my house.
