Experience was 5 star starting with our salesperson Clint to the install. Had 11 windows replaced in 2.5 hours, then the crew finished up the trimming outside. They cleaned up everything inside and outside. Very professional and courteous group of men. Enhanced the value of the house and very clean looking. Great customer experience from initial meeting to final install. Everyone was professional, courteous, and friendly!
the windows they put in are great. we also had siding and gutters put on, when taking the old gutters off they bent our drip edge, so now the new gutters, the water runs behind it down the facia, which is at the front of the house where we walk in. Jill at window world said that was our roof problem. wasn't there before!!! the siding work wasn't very good craftsmanship, they had to come out three times and correct mistakes. the salesman do not follow thru there sales. they don't care once money is in there pockets. i would r... read more
