Not happy with the installers!!! Rude and complained about our siding...hello you are here to replace windows not worry about our siding...I am sure we are not the only customers to have windows replaced on house bulit in the 50s. We have had a lot of problems with our windows & condensation on the inside of the house. This morning with cold temps there is actual ice between some of the sashes inside the house. Ridiculous!!! Unreliable-Unprofessional- Unresponsive- I don't typically leave reviews but after such a terrible experience with this company I felt it was necessary. After not hearing back from James after a week of him doing the estimate I called to touch base with the quote. I was told that he would be calling me. I never heard from him. Window World did our siding a couple years ago, but left a giant section on the side of our fireplace saying they couldn't work around the decking but would come back any time if we replaced the railing. We called, and they won't stand behind their salesman's word. Can't get anyone that makes decisions to call back. Super frustrating.
Let me introduce you to our current situation. This is not just today. This has been our situation for the last 9 weeks. And guess what? We just found out today from Window World St. Louis that we get to look at this beautiful wall for another month. Yep. For a full quarter of 2020, this is our view. We had windows installed last week and we are very happy. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The installer did a great job.
We had windows installed 2 years ago. The installers showed up with all of the windows, no damage, installation was quick and nothing to clean up when they left...all has been going well for 2 years. While cleaning the windows, I popped one out of the track balancer so the window wouldn't lock completely. Ryan one of the repair tecks came by got the window back in working order. Great guy! in, out quickly...gave us a few pointers we had forgotten. I HIGHLY recommend Window World of STL !!!
My husband and I recently had 7 windows replaced in our home as well as new siding put on with Window World. These were 2 things we wanted to do to give our home a little facelift. To find that Window World could do both of these tasks was wonderful and then to find they were the best priced was amazing. The first project was the siding.
