First had to have 2 separate salesmen come out to get estimates! Then after the 6-8 weeks of getting the product in had a problem with scheduling! Now here I sit on the day of the install of the product and they are 2 hours and counting late! May end up canceling the purchase! Update! Install took 2 days and still not right! They put on the wrong screen door and the door is bowing at the top and bottom! They are in no hurry to make this right! Will be filling a complaint with the BBB!
I have never had their services but they have kind and wonderful people there. They are avid supporters of St. Jude’s children’s hospital. They also very generously donated to my little boys well being. If I ever need windows in my house in the future they will be the only place I call. Thank you for being a caring and wonderful business.
I'm giving them 2 stars only because the "field manager" was on top of things, but none the less it took them three try's to get my Siding done. The first time no show the second time they tore apart my old siding and the sub contractors left me house said there was no money to be made. Third time the crew got here it was done right but the salesman didn't measure correctly so we didn't have enough luckily the crew fixed the problem immediately. We had a great salesman Clint he came to our home 2 times. Clint was very patient with me and answered all my questions. On the day of install (which was a day I picked not a day I was told I had to have) a crew of 3 guys came out installed 6 Windows a sliding glass door and wrapped all of the trim on our home. The job took about 8 hours and all the gentlemen were pleasant and answered all my questions during install. I would recommend window world from start to finish.
Window World had replaced all 25 windows in my house. They did a beautiful job at an affordable price. My salesman Jason is the best. I love my house now! Thank you, Window World!
