What a joke. They act like their schedule is more important than the people paying for them. We were scheduled for November. They called us twice saying they had a cancellation and they could get us in. So we moved the date to today. My boyfriend took all the blinds off and we had them call us the morning they are supposed to be here. They give us some lame excuse saying a truck broke down. YOU HAD US RESCHEDULE. I am on the sixth attempt to get one out of nine windows installed properly the other eight have been just fine you would think after six months they could figure it out. You would think instead of just ordering parts for the windows that they would actually send somebody out to check to see what the problem is and that they could actually show up on scheduled appointments instead of no call and no show. They seem like they're more interested in wasting your time than fixing the window

I had 13 windows installed a few years ago and will have the remaining 7 installed first of August. In the meantime, I had a crew out and in 2 days did an outstanding job installing siding, facia and soffit. I bought them gator aid and lunch too. Omar and his crew were so pleasant. The crews are fantastic, hard-working and the clean up afterward is perfect. Never thought I could afford siding but Window World made it happen.
