We have worked with window world several times having windows replaced as well as siding. This time around, we had another section of windows replaced. We love working with Ken who is knowledgeable and tries to give you the best deal. When installation day came, they hit a snag and said they wouldn't be able to come that day after all. Jason was our supervisor and he quickly went into action to make things right. Great experience from the day the salesman came out to when I had my windows installed. I was suppose to have a time frame of 10-1 and at 830 I got a call saying they could come early due to a reschedule on the first job before me. The two guys were patient with me while I did some last minute curtain and blind take downs. My windows and door look really good!! Would recommend Window World to anyone!!
Nolan our salesman was great and the installation was very smooth and professional. Did a great job cleaning up when finished. We even had a minor sizing issue, but it was resolved in less than 2 weeks. Highly recommend, will use again.
The gentlemen who installed my 4 windows were wonderful.
I am very pleased with the salesman and installers. However, Why do the grids in my windows show white on the inside (which they should) but green from the outside?
