I had a great experience with WW years ago. The sales person was great, didn't make me feel cornered or uncomfortable. They did 12 windows in a home I lived in and now rent out. Product is quality, service commendable, price- ON POINT. I later used Window World for a door, same sales guy- another good experience. I am in the Home remodeling industry and was very happy with the quality of the windows. the price was very reasonable and the installers did an amazing job with the install and clean up after they completed the project. they also worked very well with me since I was doing part of the Remodel myself replacing the windowsills and window casings
Had siding and soffit done on Home Love Steve In sales he has helped us previously for our windows and entry door. We love the siding and soffit looks great! Only issue took longer than expected, but overall cleanup was good too.
Don't let their unprecedented warranty fool you! I was relieved to know the windows that were defective in the house I purchased were window world...after all I hear and see them everywhere! I called to get warranty information to only be told the warranty follows the customer and not actually their product!!! What kind of "warranty" is that?! THEN I was told I could pay $75 for someone to come out and look at them, and then a likely $75/window charge to fix the likely problem (apparently it's common??) As well as $75 for ea... read more
