Very dissatisfied. Waited 8 weeks for our new windows, both my husband and I took off work for installation, only to find out the windows won't fit. Two different sets of measurements and they still came wrong. Supposedly will be correct in two more weeks (10 weeks). Absolutely will not recommend.
Windows are looking great, and are professionally installed! I would like to thank the great office worker Jen Nessel and sale person Jeff Gillette for such great service and fast response time with questions. I would recommend this outstanding company for anyone looking for windows in the future. ��
I had 3 windows replaced and everything was professional and looks better than I thought possible. We couldn't have gotten a better price for the quality of windows and installation combined. I will definitely recommend this business to all my family and friends! I will also be using this company again to replace my sliding door and front entry doors.
We did not have a good experience at all with this company. When being 'courted' by our sales rep he was responsive. Then he performed a vanishing act. Initial installation was horrible! Really bad workmanship. Took three appointments, still not done right and the sliders they installed are super drafty--can literally feel air blowing in! Bad experience.
Originally bought windows 4 years ago, recently came back for more. This company is terrific! Product is excellent and service is same. Our salesman noticed some caulking was coming off of a previously installed window and sent installer to come out and replace immediately- no charge. Installers were professional and cleanup was complete. Highly recommend this company!
Just today, had two doors installed and 8 HUGE windows replaced. Love my new doors and windows. Installation men were professional, worked the full day and are finishing up now in the dark and the COLD. These guys kept a steady pace all day and did not even break for lunch and they cleaned up all of the mess!!!!!
