Don't waste your time with these people. I contracted for installation of windows and paid more than half up front. When they came to install them they wanted $100 more a window for install. When I refused they left the windows and left. They won't take back the windows and give me a refund. They did finally offer to install them at the 1st agreed upon price but after seeing the product and their install crew I don't feel good about either. The worst experience ever. My window was broken on July 21,2015 the technician made it to my home on September 20, 2015. The customer service was poor and inconsistent. I will not use them again or refer my family and friends. #pissedoffcustomer
We had windows done in our house a couple years ago from window world and anytime we have had a problem they come the next day to fix it .This year we decided to put up siding and window world gave us a great price .They came over on Tuesday to start and Gumaro Mondragon was the main guy that ran the crew they were here every day early and left everyday late and by Saturday afternoon they were done I have seen other people siding and the job they did was so much better than anything I could have hoped for .You will not be di... read more
We just had our windows installed today and all I can say is AWESOME !!! Our experience with Window World was very enjoyable. Met with Jason to discuss our needs, ordered new windows, shutters gutters, and a sliding patio door. Everything was installed earlier than the target date. Installation by Jimmy and Jordan went very smooth and fast, they did not leave until I was completely satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Window World. Great People....Great Products.......Great warranty
Adam place was in charge of our service for our new windows he went above and beyond to please us as customers! He is very helpful and informative he deserves 10 stars for the job he did, the crew was polite and friendly who installed the windows and very courteous as well! Highly recommend your service and widows to everyone!
