My father in-law had new windows put in his house a little over a year ago and he has spoke to the manufacturer and a gentleman named Sam bout getting them warrantied because they leak. They told him they would come check them out and worked on them but still leak air at an amazing rate. He contacted them again then they informed him that all windows leaked some air that there was nothing else they could do.
We have worked with Window Innovations LLC and the owners Kevin Wright and his son for 10 years. They have been a pleasure to work with! They are prompt at responding to calls and texts and have helped us with all of our window needs! We Highly recommend them. Dr.s Robert and Joy Beckerley

My new replacement windows were just installed yesterday by Sam Wilkinson’s crew and I simply could not be more pleased! Price was right on target; salesman was honest, forthright and a great communicator; installation crew was timely, respectful, and pleasant to speak with; clean up was handled well; and my view is now a delight. Thank you Sam and fellas. I am one happy customer to be sure!
I’d give them 6 stars if I could! The price was fair, the quality of the windows excellent and the installation was meticulous.. When the project was complete, there was no evidence that anything had been done save the new windows. As you can imagine, with this kind of service they are busy. In my opinion, they are well worth any wait on callback that other reviewers mention; however, we did not experience any issues with callback times.
