This has been a horrible experience. Nobody cares to make our camper right. We bought it brand new off their Lakewood lot, it's not even a year old and we've had it back in their shop no less than four times. We bought a RV that had all the bells and whistles, but we've replaced the battery on both the camper and our truck, been without heat, and/or water, have a leak draining water directly into the inside machanics of the camper. just now-Edit This could get long, For starters i tried to purchase from Windish salesperson sold trailer to somebody else, found same trailer in Chicago, i live in Colorado, went picked up new trailer in Chicago. First year had some growing pains and issues, one of Airstreams selling points is their dealerships across the country and their service network. Beware of this place. I bought a 17' Toy hauler as it seemed to be the best deal around. I should have looked further but will not get into the quality of Forrest River here. Needless to say there were several things wrong with the trailer so after the summer rush was over, I took it back in for warranty work. The things I asked to be fixed were fixed. Here is the rub. Got a great deal on our fifth wheel. But the service was absolutely horrible!!! I am 7 weeks into having my new camper and I still don't have all of the parts and they gave me the wrong keys for it. Now they are expecting me to bring it in as "warranty work" which means they take it and keep it until they can get to it. Not ok!!! Not warranty work, it is their error work, They need to come to me to fix their error. Especially having paid almost 100,000 for my unit.
