Me and my partner have been living in this apartment for about a year going on two after we renew our lease. I couldn’t ask for a better staff to make me and my partner feel safe especially being a biracial couple in the LGBT community. They constantly have events going on that the residents and their families can enjoy, the apartments themselves are set up so beautifully and they have the perfect space to put whatever you want in it. Absolutely love this place. Lived there for about 2 years and office management was amazing always.
When I first moved here everything was absolutely fine then about 2-3 months in I started spotting ROACHES. It’s wild because I literally had to google what they looked like!! I was curious to know why I had 3 different neighbors during my time there. But it all made sense once I started seeing bugs!! I immediately addressed my concerns with the leasing office. Updated 8/30/25 Management does not care about you here-they have been contacted on several occasions with little to no action on their part. We have also experienced roaches and have not had a real exterminator come to address the issue, we were given traps and poison around our apartment with promises of another visit just for complete silence for almost a year now. All smoking has been banned but they do not enforce their own rule, it constantly stinks even with an air purifier going 24/7, you can't leave your window open... read more
