WIN Missed everything. My current inspector asked if the owners gave the company a cut from the sale of the home. -Missed visible Active Carpenter Ants and Active Carpenter Bees -Rotted sill where the house meets the foundation.

Your home inspector was very professional throughout the inspection as well as very thorough. He was easy to talk to and informed us about things in the house that we were not aware of
The whole inspection was a little strange as the homeowner/selker, children and pets were present throughout the inspection. The inspector was very nice and through but the inspection was for the me, the Purchaser. I did not think it was appropriate, when asked by the Seller âwas everything okâ, that he told Seller about the few minor issues found. I understand it was a unique situation and while doing the inspection Seller and he conversered and found out they had mutual connections but itâs a Purchasers inspection... read more
