Shawn was our home inspector. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had no issues answering any of my questions. I found them to be great to deal with.

Shaun Breen, our inspector, was great!. We accompanied him during the inspection and he answered any and all questions. He spent as much time as we needed in explaining the issues and workings of the home. His final report was very thorough, reasonably priced with a quick turnaround. I could not have expected more from a home inspection.

I wound up needing to have two inspections on two different houses and Rob was amazing both times. Not only was I able to get my inspections scheduled at the time I needed (which was limited because I live in NYC and had a small window that I could drive out), but he was incredibly thorough and helped me feel like I was making the right decision with the second house (that I wound up buying!).
Thorough, efficient and very professional. Would recommend highly.
The inspectors are knowledgeable in addressing concerns that may not be an issue now, however a potential problem in the near future.
