I normally get service done at Capitol Toyota in Salem but decided to give Wilsonville a try as I just moved to the area. I waited 3 hours and 15 minutes for a simple Multi Point inspection and tire rotation, and a car wash wasn't included. I've never waited that long for any level of service at Capitol Toyota and have always received a complimentary car wash. Unfortunately I'll be returning to Salem for all of my future Toyota services.
The customer service represenative was not pushy and knew what I wanted.

Well, I’ve been leasing from Wilsonville Toyota since 2016. Happily have been driving a new Highlander SE. I built a 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro in army green with some upgrades, sent it to Wilsonville Toyota and said I wanted to test drive a version of this vehicle so I can make a choice on whether I wanted to pull the trigger on changing vehicles.
