Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Worked with one person through the whole process. Jennifer was awesome! Super relatable and very very helpful. Did everything she could to help find us what we wanted and what was In our price range. She wasn’t pushy at all. 110% would recommend to anyone!! During the buying process everything was wonderfull....BUT the service department is awfull! when called for the first recall appointment we were LIED to. Or the person that schedules appointments doesnt know her job! Once we got there we were told it would be another 3+hours! Furious I spoke with the Manager & he helped. I didn’t even get a chance to become a customer. Saw a car online that I really wanted that was advertised for $18,456. I bought my car there brand new. Love the car but the service center has the most rudest and inconsiderate service appointment schedulers ever. After yesterday's rudeness and after the service center gentlemen were not safe with my car and my husband got hurt, I will never get a car there again.
I truly do not enjoy looking for a new vehicle and have had horrible experiences with plenty of dealerships. Troy and Ellie did an exceptional job at making buying a new 4Runner as quick and painless as possible. Eddie was absolutely fantastic. They had to find the color I wanted with the options I wanted and they did so and got it to me way more quickly than I expected.
