The service department here is awful. I’m not sure why it takes 2+ hours to change oil and rotate tires. They told me they’re allotted 1.5 hours to provide the service yet I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours for my vehicle and haven’t been given an update or checked on or anything. I will not be taking my vehicle here for any other services. A huge waste of time and your day.

I have no. complaints about the service department at all, they've been awesome. .The sales side has been a huge hassle. I bought my car in June and signed the sale contract (paid in full) with the understanding that the DMV/DEQ/registration was taken care of. I've now gotten a letter from the DMV saying that I won't get my title and registration until I take it in for a DEQ inspection. Nothing of their advertising was actually true for me. I wont be buying anymore vehicles from them and will go out of my way to share my experience with other perspective buyers. Overall, I find them to be lacking in most every category but what makes me the most angry is giving them my brand new vehicle to complete some dealer add on's and getting my vehicle back dirtier than I gave it to them. Had my 2017 Toyota service there once and will not be coming back because you hire domestic terrorists such as Antifa members like Kahl Beecher. I will NOT go to a automotive service center with my conservative bumper sticker on the back of my car and have it sabotaged by an antifa member, which I’m sure he has done to cars since he has no problem looting, rioting, Arson, and beating up US citizens.
