Was interested in buying a Subaru. When we went in my wife found a car she liked. Was told we had to have our credit checked before we could drive the car. Made us feel like we were not good enough to buy here. And I did show them my credit score was over 730. We wont ever come there. Surprised they are still in buisnes treating people this way.

She found one she wanted, connected with Salesperson Holly ( see TV commercial) and came home with a new car. She did the entire transaction on her own, then notified me of her decision. The full staff was amazing! If you are looking for a Subaru go ask for Steven Baker! He truly cared about what was going to fit my lifestyle as well as my financial situation. Never any pressure to look at something I wasn't interested in and never tried to oversell me on options! He is cares about his customers!

Time is money! I made an appointment to have my snow tires taken off and summer tires reinstalled. I was told approximately 1 hour wait time. I have been waiting now for two hours. Learn accurate wait times or get the car done in the time promised.
