RecommendedI am absolutely thrilled with Wilsonville Subaru, I was blessed with the dream-team Marcelo and Keith. I spent about 6 hours test driving cars with Marcelo before I decided what I wanted. And he was fantastic the whole time, not pushy or rushing in any way. He was a blast to drive with. RecommendedI have always hated buying a car, new or used..pushy, psycho salespeople and the endless back and forth negotiations, yadda, yadda, yadda....lol My husband was hell bent on getting a new Subaru and I am one who doesn't like buying new, I'm frugal that way 🙂.. Service after sales could defiantly use improvement.
RecommendedWent in with my dad to look at used outbacks , met jacob Crosby when we showed up and he helped us through ever detail of the interactions . Ended up looking through foresters and outbacks and my dad seemed to be leaning towards a forester after getting specific details from Jacob . Jacob was very knowledgeable about all the models and questions we had . He took the time to listen and interact with us without pushing for a sale . Unsatisfactory service experience. Bought a Certified pre owned vehicle and decided to have the windows tinted by their service department. Vehicle came back with trim pieces not put back into place and they left their trash in the back seat of the car. Not only is that very unprofessional, but what are the checks or verifications by the service manager? Does anyone actual check and verify the work being paid for is being completed? Absolutely horrible experience. Did not have one person to deal with, multiple "extra costs" on the offer sheet. Look out for extended warranty fee and maintenance fee. Manager was down right rude when I questioned there policy's.
