HORRIBLE! Made an appointment to test drive a used car yesterday. Drove car today and was ready to purchase it when the salesperson told me that the car was sold!!! REALLY?! The person who made my appointment yesterday couldn't look that up? (Apparently it was sold since 6/10!!). I needed a car because i was involved in a hit and run and very emotional. Apparently these people only care about sales and money. VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
