my service experience was not a good one I hope this was an isolated incident I know most places have very good techs and the one that looked at my son's car pencil whipped the inspection. I hope the other techs are better. and have integrity. I felt sorry for the service writer when she was informing me of a code the tech had reported. but my son's car did not have a turbo. or the tech did not understand what he was reporting. Had a horrible experience with another Subaru before we ended up at Wilsonville Subaru. James our salesman was polite and listened to what we were looking for. They are a no haggle dealership and their prices are very fair. We left as satisfied customers. It was nice to have a complete transaction with one salesman and not being handed off to a separate individual to deal with the paperwork.

I've never written a negative review & from the several good reviews, my experience may be particular to me, but I will NEVER have my car serviced there again. I have never experienced my service done in the time quoted me. One time I was left waiting for my shuttle to pick up my car for 1 hour after the call that it would be right here. I had inquired about a car and I had the pleasure of being helped by Casey. He was very profesional along the way and emailed me about once a week for an update/asking if he could help me with anything. I never felt like I was being harassed, which I loved because I’ve had bad experiences with other dealerships before. I ended up not getting a car from them because I opted out for a truck. However, if I was to want a Subaru I would definitely contact them again!
