Beware if you are going to use Wilson West. It is unclear to me how they stay in business. They failed to clean a home prior to us moving in, which we soon thereafter found out had mold that they knew about all along! They are terrible to work with and do not respond timely to any correspondence.
Homeowner Beware! Having been a Landlord for quite some time, I’ve dealt with a few Management companies – but Wilson West Property Management will drive even the calmest Landlord to insanity. First – their lease is written so that the cost of all service calls fall on the home owner. Even if there are no repairs! And they charge plumbing problems, which clearly are the tenant’s problem, to the home owner. The worst rental agency we've ever dealt with. Even though things were listed on our move-in inspection report as broken or missing, we still got charged for them to be replaced. The house was a disaster when we moved in - the carpets hadn't been cleaned, it was infested with fleas. There were several things in the garage - paint cans, boxes and a microwave - so we left it when we moved out (seeing as it wasn't ours to begin with). THEY CHARGED US to remove that crap!
