Doctors are really paying attention to small details and just don't ignore it. Very professional yet compassionate at the same time. They saved my mom's life.
Completely unorganized and poor communication. Didn't tell my mother in law what time to be here till 330 the day before, no prep instructions, 2 hours behind. Admission nurse coughed and sneezed into hand then put bracelet on mom without cleaning hands. No privacy for personal information. I could hear every personal detail and files left open on table for anyone to read. I expected more from a place with this reputation.
