Very professional. Punctual, repaired toilet, installed emergency shutoff valves. The technician explained everything that he did and even informed me of several potential "problems" that might warrant attention in the future. I will definitely hire again!

Inspector arrived on time, he called for technician once promptly once I agreed to begin the work, job was well done, but price was higher than fair value. Instead of costing $360, it would have been fairly priced at $260.

I was pleasantly surprised this experience was different. I don't trust plumbers usually. Their pricing schedule it usually sketchy and there is always an attempt to up sale something. This guy was nice and and completed the job I requested (a water heater flush).
