Besides being expensive, look out for the add ons! Quoted job with "extra" items only to find out they were part of a pay for membership plan. I, for one, don't like surprises. Customer service was, for the most part, responsive. One representative didn't know if I was eligible for a senior or military discount. She never did return my call with an answer. Seemed to be lots of lag time waiting for a quote which didn't come until the next day. This company is not the old Will Fix it that I knew back in the early 80's !
Their clean up lacked a little something
Very expensive. I understand skilled trades are expensive but they charged me $300 to repair an external copper hose bib. As I had already taken a 1/2 day off work I just had him complete the work so I didn't take yet another day off.

My situation was an emergency because I was leaving town the next day. You guys came right out to fix everything that same day.
