They said they would be over between 2-6. That is large of a window. I waited around until 5. I called them and they thought I had cancelled. They confused me with someone else. The tech was nice and helpful. He arrived at 5:50. He did not have a replacement toilet. He took out the old one but Lowe's did not have the one I needed so he could not wait for me to track one down so he left...A toilet drain hole with a bag stuffed in it. He gave us a break on the price, $105.
