$242 is base price for clearing blockage. First plumber I've had in awhile and I was absolutely shocked at the expense. On the plus side Adam (last name Shannon I think), the technician, was great. He cleared the clog in just a few minutes, he was very courteous, professional and careful not to make a mess.

I contacted the field manager Bill and was totally blown away at his disrespect for me and the issues I was bringing to his attention. His workers damaged my wood floor. I know when they were damaged I know what day they were damaged I was the one in there on my hands and knees cleaning my floor every day after anyone left. His bullying tactics not allowing me to speak until I had to raise my voice in order to be heard was very rude and unprofessional.

the job cost more than i thought it would, but hank did a great job. he was polite and worked quickly. i really appreciated the fact that he cleaned up after his work, too!
