Over priced, Ill managed. Loud obnoxious grad students partying at the pools. Neighbors not having respect for others, and pet owners not picking up their dog shit!!!!Ohh and when your lease is up for renewal be prepared to have your rent raised 2-300$ more a month. Would never recommend this property to anyone!
