I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst enemy. The office and corporate are terrible to work with. They are scammers. After I was unable to live in my apartment for 8 nights, they refused to prorate my rent for the full length of time my unit was uninhabitable. I had nowhere to stay and they didn’t care, did not offer hotel compensation, nothing. They are dishonest and do not care about the residents at all. Do not live here.
The staff and leasing office were extremely nice and helpful!!! We will be the first in our newly renovated apartment with all brand new appliances!!! We are so excited for June to officially join this community!!!
We love the Pointe! Out apartment is awesome, the staff is very professional & responsive, & the complex is beautiful. Looking forward to the warmer weather, tennis & hanging out at the pool!
Great experience at Pointe. Easy to commute to different locations through Marta and other public transports.
The front office staff are always friendly and welcoming and the maintenance staff are friendly as well. I have had few issues with my unit but when I do, they are resolved quickly.
I moved in here from out of State in May. My place was newly renovated, as have most of their apartments now, and ready to move in. Kelisa was fantastic during my "searching" process and spent a lot of time with me. Lanie has also been amazing. She has taken my pup out twice when I was not able to make it home from work. It's nice to live in a place where people are so nice! They just changed over to RAM, so that is yet to be see if there are changed, but so far so good.
Post Lindbergh has asked their residents to share updates about the community, it seems because occupancy is down and the ratings are low compared to other complexes - let me give you a background why. I moved to Post Lindbergh four years ago, prior to this location I lived at Post Peachtree Hills for two years.
