Recommended"Great place to live! The flat is well-organised and have everything you can dream of! If you have any kind of problem, just call the office and they will take care of it. Nice swimming pool and nice gym to exercice! It is also possible to garden! Eating your own grown lettuce and tomatoes is so great! Great location : Marta station is so close and walking around the area is nice too! Downtown Atlanta is only one hour and a half walking distance!" Rating: 5.0 stars😄
Great property with amazing staff and amenities !!!
Overall the experience is good so far. The residential complex is always clean and the staff is helpful. The only concern is that the package room is far from the apartments and it is very difficult to carry heavy packages to the apartments, it would be good if management can provide a facility to help with this problem.
This is the best apartment complex. The leasing staff are all amazing, they make my life much easier and much more comfortable. thank you very much.
We have Lived in these beautiful apartments since the end of June and LOVE THEM!!!! Everyone is super friendly and I feel completely safe here with my 2 little boys!!!! The staff is very helpful, accommodating, and friendly!!!! We love the area and plan to stay in our beautiful newly remodeled apt for a while. The other day, my oldest was riding his bike and Jerry-on the maintenance staff stopped to fix his training wheel when it broke!!!! Sooo sweet.....doesn’t get much better than that!!!!
We just moved-in to our newly renovated apartment and we are very much pleased with how fast and easy the turn-over was. The leasing management team especially Judith and David are so helpful in assisting us from the very start of renovation process. The amenities , convenient location of this complex and the continuous improvement of the complex make us love living in this apartment community.
Going on my second year living at The Pointe and I absolutely love it. I looked all over ATL before I signed my lease last year and again this year when my roommate moved out and nowhere compares to the location, amenities, upgrades and pricing of this place. There are so many great things available like the pool, the brand new community space, the car wash, the dog spa, the upgraded gym, the gas grills and more.
