I just want to say I will never buy a car anywhere but Willowbrook Ford. The customer service is great. No high pressure sales tactics. Andy Ricci went the extra mile to get me into the car I wanted ,at the price I could afford. This is my second time purchasing a car here from Andy Ricci. I was having a problem where I was trying to give my blue tooth commands, and it was not accepting them, so I called the dealership they set up an appointment for me to come in, I did less than a week later they installed a new mike and along with that replaced some recall items. I was very pleased with Willow brook Kia's in Illinois's customer service and timeliness in getting the issue resolved, a special thank you to Leslie and to the her manager Ben Nesbitt.
I just bought my second vehicle from this dealership. I have to say that Bill Parks and Andy Ricci were GREAT, They both took their time with us and listened rather than suggest. They were not pushy and made our purchase very pleasant. I have been having my cars serviced there for years and have never been treated badly. That is why we came back. Thank you again...

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with, they promise you things to get the sale and then don't come thru... damage your vehicle while cleaning it up when you buy it and then act like it's your fault when you call them on it, their idea of fixing it was a little touch up paint... HELLO, the dent is still there.. don't get me started on the other issue.. ��
No issues to report. We have purchased 3 KIA vehicles beginning in 2001, and have had them all serviced at this location. We did have a problem with the Optima's engine freezing without out warning after years of service. We purchased 10 year service contracts on all vehicles but the Optima was past the date and wasn't worth any more investment, especially for a new engine replacement.
Very nice facility, kept clean, professional staff, the woman told me I needed to keep my car there for repairs and they were extremely nice setting me up with a rental.
