These guys are jokes through and through! Steer clear from Brian Z he claims he has a great personality due to being in the used cars business for 30 some years. I call that STAGNATION! They're in the lemon business and everyone knows it! I'm disgusted, offended, and need years of counseling to recover from their traumatic handling of their customers. Where are my reparations!?
Plan on getting my KIA serviced from Berwyn KIA from now on. Not a fan of Ford and their worthless coupons that mean nothing.
After hunting around the southwest suburban area Ford dealers I decided to pop into Willowbrook Ford on my way out of town to check out a couple of 2017 Escapes I was interested in. While I was wandering I was approached by Dave (who ended up selling me the car I bought a week later). He was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Willowbrook was my 3rd Ford dealership, as I couldn't decide which model to purchase. Thankfully my girlfriend suggested we stop here because I couldn't be happier. My salesman, Tom Akai was a really cool dude and didn't lay on the high pressure sales tactic. He asked me what I was looking for, and thankfully they had what I wanted in stock. Took our 2015 Focus in because it jerked when you took off from a stop ( even had a mechanic go for a test drive with us). He noticed it too thso they kept the car. Upon picking it up , they said nothing was wrong because it fell within Ford specs. Well it still is jerking from a stop . Maybe Ford specs and my expectations are different but we paid for a smooth running car and we don't have it.
