After I PAID CASH for my new Escape, the dealership needed an extra day to compete "the protector" options. You would think that they could loan me a vehicle for the day, but instead they sent me to the in-house rental company and I HAD TO PAY for a loaner car. REALLY?? AFTER I PAID FOR THE CAR?? i did some research and checked the vehicles on line, but matt bucey definately impressed me. finally putting me in a leased escape, that was just what fit my needs and budget. everyone was very nice and helpful in my process of obtaining this new vehicle. this is the second purchase from willowbrook ford for me and at this rate ...wouldn't be the last...thank you
Service dept is a ripoff. They lie about work that needs to be done to get more $$ out of you. Never Again!

I have a 2011 Ford Fusion ,I bought the extended warranty because I put a lot of mileage on and I wanted to be covered if anything went wrong. But I was wrong on this deal,the driver door rod broke on the inside of the door, thought that I would be coverd. Wrong!!! They said it has to be on the outside handle of the car not the inside.
