My usual salon was packed with over an hour wait for a pedicure, so I decided to give Willow Nail Spa a try after a friend recommended them earlier this week. I'm so glad I did! They were able to get me in immediately with no wait, which was a huge plus. The service was excellent from start to finish. I can't say enough great things about this nail spa! Every visit has been a wonderful experience. Darcy and Tony are both incredibly talented, friendly, and truly care about making sure their clients leave happy. They pay attention to every detail, and their work is always beautiful. First time going here — and definitely the last. I brought along a little girl I babysit, and the experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish. When she started to fidget, one of the staff members held down her arms to keep her still. I found that completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Love. Love. Love! The entire staff is so detailed, customer focused and overall amazing. I live on the other side of Tulsa and pass numerous other salons to specifically go here. Hands down the best!
I needed help. My nails were too thick, and Dawson delivered. He filed them down and put a new set on. I finally found my nail shop. I will get a pedicure and a fill on my next visit. Thanks for listening to my request.
