Great experience. They were kind, and great to work with. We saw them for an after hours visit for our cat, and I couldn't be more pleased.
Not a huge fan of Willow Creek Pet Center after my last 2 visits. Everytime I take my dog in for an appointment, the front-end staff have acted like we were inconveniencing them by needing to check-in or check-out. Also, our doctor is always trying to sell or upsell us on something. It isn't comforting when the doctor barely bats an eye at my dog then tries to sell sell sell. Only giving 3 stars because of their clean, nice facility.
I recently did a medical board for one of the dogs in my rescue who needed some extra care (and a more confined, controlled environment than I was able to provide) and they took excellent care of him. What's more, they were the ONLY 24 facility that was willing to board him (Neither Blue Pearl or AVC would even consider it and were downright rude with me when I contacted them). I took my dog herr when he was sick and they never told me they were giving him a shot or anything that they were doing to him. I got up to pay and it was almost 300 dollars. And they wouldn't let me set up at payment plan because only had 75 dollars at the time and had to wait to get his medicine to make him better till i came up with the 225. Ridiculous! I will never go here again.
Love these guys! Thanks for taking good care of my furbabies!
