If your facility is open.....your regular business hours, no matter the day of the week.....there is NO "emergency" appointment. If the appointment is available during your regular hours of business, then regular rates apply!! I'm not going to pay double for an appointmnt that the same appointment 20 minutes earlier or 20 minutes later is cheaper!!! Our dog Tank escaped from our backyard. He was missing all weekend and we were starting to loose hope of finding him. I got a call today (Monday) from them. They had been working all weekend to find his family. When we got there to pick him up, everyone was so nice and friendly. They were just as excited to find Tank’s family as we were that they found us. Thank you so much for taking care of Tank and working so hard to find his family! ❤️
I’m writing this for my mom. We will never bring our dog to this place again! The staff is extremely rude and heartless! All they care is about the money and not the feelings of the patient/owners. This is not the first time they have kept me waiting, not only on the phone but at the clinic as well. We consider our pets a member of our family and I don’t want anyone abusing my dog just because he didn’t cooperate! BTW their groomers are the worse too! Dr. Walters, Dr. Ahlstrom, and their staff have been a tremendous help to me and my family the past couple of months. The clinic is clean and organized and the check in process is very easy (which is normally stressful for some of us!) I highly recommend this clinic for all your pets’ needs!
Absolutely LOVED the puppy class! Candi is an amazing trainer! Highly recommend and will be continuing with more classes. 💕
