I love them they helped me threw the hardest time in my life with my dog. I would love to thank the vet who helped me and my Oreo.
We lost our dog, Jager, and we took him to Willow Creek because they were one of the only vets that was open at 12 midnight. The lady that helped us when we arrived was wonderful especially in our time of grief. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for making something very difficult a little easier.
Not only did the staff at Willow Creek show so much compassion and patience as we had to make an amazingly hard decision but they followed up with a beautiful boutique to try and ease our sorrows. The staff really is top notch.
I'm sorry I just love this Vet Dr. Alhostrom. Took Maxwell in for his shots and to get checked for allergies. Since he'd been itchy all freakin' week! Turns out that he has food/seasonal allergies
What an upsetting day yesterday, and loooong night! Took Bogart in for grooming at Willow Creek, and a different groomer than usual (his regular left the company) worked on him. Omg! After 6 freakin hours she called that he was ready, but that she had "nipped" his pad on his foot. The vet looked at it and put tissue glue on it. I got there, his hair was a huge mess, scraggly, poorly cut, shaved almost completely off, and his foot was pouring blood! They took him back and totally bandaged it up. I had already paid the almost ... read more
Worst veterinarian I have ever been to. This place is all about money and not about the care of your pet at all. This place would rather have the money from you putting down your animal than the happiness of keeping your pup alive and healthy. They are liars and extremely rude. There has been issue after issue and we've finally had enough. I work with a lot of people and I will be sure to let them all know to steer clear from this place. If you or someone you know is looking for a vet please PLEASE please go somewhere else. ... read more
Called early that morning to try to get my dog in and they were able to squeeze him in. They were all very understanding of my fears and explained things thoroughly. Love these guys and definitely going back!!
Today you performed a haircut on my Scottish Terrier. It is the most horrendous, unprofessional, amateurish work I have ever seen on any dog in my life. I asked for a specific person to cut his hair however, it was done by someone else. This dog means so much to me for many reasons. To have him and me disrespected in this way is outrageous. And I also had to pay for this haircut as well. No apologies, no discount.
