Tonight we had to have our sweet cat put down. Thank you to Dr. Orm and Stacie for their kindness. They went above and beyond for us and I truly appreciated their compassion.
Never have I ever been more impressed with a vet. On Sunday our magnificent cat Phideaux left us after gracing our presence for 22 years. He was the most amazing companion. After he passed at 2:30 in the morning we phoned another animal hospital we had used in the past & was placed on hold, in the mean time my husband phone Willow Creek Pet Center & was instructed on what to do. We were very pleased with our puppy's grooming experience. It was his and our first time and we were a bit nervous. The staff put us at ease and were so friendly and understanding. And the grooming was exactly what we wanted--a perfect Scottish terrier cut! We will definitely be back!
Willow Creek Pet Center has always been very kind. They treat animals with love. The office is clean and easy to get to. They are not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for. It is worth taking your pet here. I also love their electronic communication and tracking of the pet history. I can see at any given time all services rendered.
Is this a clinic or just a let hospital? I would live to find a new vet for our fur babies.
After taking our puppy to 3 vets who were unable to diagnose her and why she suddenly stopped walking, we were referred to Willow Creek Pet Center and Dr Steinman was able to diagnose and treat her and then do her surgery when she was doing well enough to heal. I love that they treat us with patience and respect because our dog is a family member to us. We followed up a few weeks ago so he could see her one year after surgery and update her vaccinations and he was just as happy as we are that she is 100% better. We travel al... read more
