Been here 4 months and have had nothing but problems!!! My air conditioner hasn’t been working and they tell me they have ordered a part and can’t get it anywhere around here!! Maintenance is rude!!! If I’m paying what I’m paying then i expect great customer service!!! Every time I call the office during office hours I have to leave a message and then don’t get a call back!!! �
Willow Creek is an excellent place to live. This is my first apartment experience, and it has been great. The grounds are very nice and well kept. The staff is always friendly and willing to help if anything is wrong. I feel very safe here! They have 2 pools to enjoy during the warm summer days, along with a work out gym to keep you in shape. The amenities are great!!
Best apartments I’ve ever lived in by far, I’ve lived at Willow Creek for almost 5 years and very satisfied with the beautiful landscape and have an amazing group of ladies upfront. Maintenance guys are always professional and gets the job done. Pools are refreshing for the summer time and a great place to meet new neighbors and hang out with friends.
