I spent 2 wonderful years here and the staff has gone above and beyond for me, numerous times. They are very understanding and cooperative because they truly value their residents.
I love my apartment. It's beautiful. However, the ceiling is so thin that it sounds like my upstairs neighbors are herding elephants all day long every single day!!! That's my only complaint with the apartment itself. The tanning bed has been out of order since I moved in here in July (now October). The sign says it will be repaired soon. Starting to think management has no intention of getting the tanning bed fixed. The rent is too high for all advertised amenities not to be available & in working order.
Willow Creek staff is great, my thanks to Matt, Heather , Victoria and all the crew, just relocated to another State otherwise I would have renewed the lease.
This is my 3rd year here at Willow Creek. I love everything about it. It's quiet and the staff is super helpful. The best apartments in Jonesboro hands down!
Great set of apartments! I've lived here two years and I have experienced phenomenal treatment. The staff are really helpful and the neighborhood in itself is great. It's quiet and not a lot of activity. It's just a great place to live. I would recommend to anyone.
I love willow creek. One of the best apartments we ever had. Whenever there is a problem, they are there to take care of it. Victoria is so sweet. I highly recommend anyone to go there. It's quiet and peaceful.
