I've thoroughly enjoyed the coffee set up at the front office. Its been nice to live next door to one of the business centers. Its been handly when needing to print for school or go to the gym. The staff has been friendly and helpful.
The grounds are well kept, the apartment was in great condition when I moved in, and the office employees have been very helpful!
The staff is awesome. Mike is a total boss. But the ceiling and walls are paper thin. My upstairs neighbors kids can be heard running around all hours of the day. Hence me posting this at 4 in the morning... it literally keeps me from sleeping.
I think they are a one sided group.. I feel they only look for the money..
RecommendedI love living here, other than noisy upstairs neighbors I have never had any problem that was not fixed immediately!!! Very friendly and understanding staff and mantience guys are very respectful and quick to fix any problems !! Would recommend living here to anyone!!!!
I love living here !!! It’s literally THE BEST place to live in Jonesboro! I’ve ben a Jonesboro resident since 2014, and i went to multiple apartment complexes, and i have to say willow creek apartments is THE PLACE to live in Jonesboro ! Talk about great views, awesome staff, and an extraordinary environment! I love it here !!!

Great place to live, great support staff and fantastic amenities. Great for young families or older couples as well!
I have lived here since May and I can truthfully say I love it! I have always felt safe! I love that there is a pool, fitness center, and a balcony!
