RecommendedI love Willow Creek the environment is amazing. More importantly both the staff and maintenance crew consists of great people. Cody and Phillip in the maintenance department are extremely helpful and they get things done in a timely manner.

This is the best ever to stay at. If you are looking for somewhere to rent an apartment I highly recommend here. The office staff is awesome and quick with getting your maintenance request taking care of. They are friendly, patient, caring and professional!!

The apartment managers were very nice and welcoming from the very first time we made the call asking about moving to Willow Creek. They were so attentive to what we needed and explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. We are so grateful that we chose this apartment complex! We can really tell that this apartment complex values the community they serve!
We moved in this past summer and have had nothing but the best experience with not only the wonderful ladies in the front office, but also with the maintenance staff. If we have had any issues with anything they have been quick to help out and assist us in any way they can! We have loved living here so far! The fact that this complex is pet friendly too allowed us to be able to bring our pup who is a big part of our family. We are truly happy with this place to say the least. <3
I got a job at Arkansas State University and needed to find an apartment in Jonesboro. At the time, I was living in Florida and looking for a place - Brandi was super helpful and made my move here easy. I have been here for two months now and I'm loving it. I'm looking forward to spring time when the pools reopen!

I spent a few days looking for a new apt here in Jonesboro and once I met Anna, I felt comfortable moving here! The move had a few unexpected events but nothing the staff didn’t address immediately. The property is maintained well and my apt building is nice and quiet. The staff made my transition to my new city fairly easy! I look forward to my stay at Willow Creek!
