Doctors are highly knowledgeable and very efficient in emergency situations, staff is extremely friendly and patient. Dr. Pippin takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and thinks outside the box, whatever it takes to help your pet. I highly recommend!!!
We're fairly new to the Willow Brook Animal Hospital and would like to tell everyone what an awesome place this is!!! It's very clean and quiet, the staff is extremely efficient and kind (such a blessing when you're all stressed out), and Dr. Barfield has been wonderful. My babies have been treated by Willow Brook for over 10 years. The staff is excellent and really cares and takes good care of my babies.
worst experience of my life. kept my poodle over-night. sent her home next day saying she was stable. with-in an hour of taking her home, she was dead told 2 ladies at front desk that my dog died and not one word of sympathy. not a simple I'm sorry from either of them. at this writing still have not had a single word from the vet himself, and she died 2 days ago. he never called to express concern or sympathy. never an explanation as to why she died. shame on all of you!
