RecommendedI arrived with my dog needing emergency care. They immediately helped me and took care of my dog! They also made it in my budget for them to save her. They saved her life with no questions asked. I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they have done. Everyone was so nice, caring and very professional. Thankyou willowbrook!!
They have taken care of our dogs for 10 years. Tonight we had to say goodbye to our sweet Bella and Dr Hayes had tears just like us and he had only met her a few times. They love your animals as much as you do.

My Scottie boys love the folks here. Dr. Barfield is our primary, but we love Dr. Pippin, too! The support staff is always courteous and helpful.
Extremely caring and compassionate staff took care of my cat during the last moments of his life. They treated me and my family as though we had been lifelong clients when it was our first time in their office. They explained everything thoroughly, explained my options, answered questions, and let me take my time with all decisions. I will be forever grateful for their compassion and wouldn't hesitate to take my other pets to them.
We've been using Willow Brook ten years and love the care they provide. I used to work close to their location, we boarded the dogs at Willow Run, and even after my office moved to Addison and we sold our house in Grand Prairie and moved further into Dallas, we continued to use Willow Brook. Angie has been there the entire time and we adore her. Unfortunately, we're leaving the Dallas area next week and we know we won't find another vet office as nice and caring as this one.
