they can fo the tests themselves instead of having the patients perform them. if you do not have the proepr equipment to protect your workers you should not be expecting untrained people to do the Covid Test, nor offering it. terrible practice
After spending over half an hour talking to someone who identified themselves as a nurse, I was transferred to my cardiologists office to pick up my search. The search had been for a referral to a correct neurologist for my husband who is experiencing neurological symptoms and needs to be evaluated. My cardiologist’s office quickly realized that I should not have been transferred there, and she is now trying to help me by hunting down who I can actually talk to.
